Scheduling Bulk Pickup or Report Missed Pickup

Instructions:

How to Schedule Bulk Item Pickups Online:

• From the Dashboard, click Manage My Services
• Click Bulk Item Pickup under What Can I Request?

How to Report a Missed Pickup

• From the Dashboard, click on Details to view, if available, any photos or videos of your attempted pickup
• If you are eligible to report a missed pickup online, click Missed Pickup and follow the steps to schedule a new pick up

Note: Missed pickups can only be reported for successful service attempts and within 3 days of pickup
